Thomas D. Coldicutt, Jr., founder of Claridge & Associates has worked for more than 40 years in the investment banking industry in the United States and Canada – Since 2001, Mr. Coldicutt has served as president of Claridge and Associates, a California-based business consulting firm specializing in emerging growth companies. Since 1996, he has served as founder and president of Fulford Partners, Ltd, an investment-banking firm helping to take many companies public with listings on major US stock exchanges, as well as the OTC Electronic Bulletin Board, the Pink Sheets, the Toronto TSX, and the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Coldicutt received his Bachelors of Arts degree, majoring in Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Andrew T. E. Coldicutt, J.D. is an associate with Claridge & Associates, Ltd, an international financial consulting firm and identifies public company vehicles for participation in reverse merger transactions. His role at Claridge and Associates includes oversight and direction of the affairs for the firm, including contract drafting and negotiation, coordination and direction of outside counsel. Mr. Coldicutt, is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Robert C. Weaver, Jr., J.D. is a California attorney admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, and the United States District Court - Southern District of California. He has participated in numerous business and financial activities including public and private securities offerings. He currently holds additional California licenses as a General Building Contractor, Real Estate Broker, and Life Insurance Agent. He has held Series 3, 7, 24, 27, and 63 securities and futures licenses. He has a JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and an MS Business Administration (Finance Emphasis) and a BA (Management, Economics and Ecology) from San Diego State University.
